We represented
a national high-tech research institute against claims concerning
the origin and distribution of its intellectual property. We
obtained an arbitration decision vindicating our client in all respects,
and
also an award of all attorneys’ fees incurred in the arbitration
proceedings.

one of the largest banks in the United States against a billion dollar
claim that personally involved the Bank’s CEO. We obtained
a summary judgment dismissing this claim in its entirety, and developed
and asserted a counterclaim that resulted in a multi-million dollar
recovery for our client.

municipality against multi-million dollar landslide claims. We obtained
a jury verdict following trial that completely exonerated the municipality.
